Who We Are

William Hyatt is a retired Tax Assessor of Long Beach Township, New Jersey. He was also a Certified Real Estate Appraiser in Toms River, New Jersey. He moved to Myrtle Beach in December of 2004. He Started WPH Appraisal Associates in January of 2005.

Chris Byrne is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University. He started as an apprentice appraiser in the State of Florida in 2005. He returned to Myrtle Beach in 2006 to become an apprentice appraiser with WPH Appraisal Associates. In September 2008, Chris became a Certified Residential Appraiser in South Carolina.

 Jeanne Young became an apprentice in the State of South Carolina in 2006. She joined the staff of WPH Appraisal Associates in 2006 and will attain certification in the near future.
